This book is incredibly special to me because it was the first ever biker romance I read and clearly I have not looked back since. I remember so clearly, I was at work when I got an email update to a blog that I follow they had a review and interview with Joanna Wylde. I read about the depth of research that went into creating this book and I wanted to know about the biker lifestyle and this book sounded like the best way of understanding due to real bikers Joanna talked to. I kind of felt compelled to buy the book so I did and it was one of the best decision I have ever made. It opened up a whole new world for me, as a newbie this was the perfect introduction the details was just mesmerizing I fully understood the culture and purpose the brotherhood and freedom that the biker group stands for what they fight for.

Marie & Horse's story was amazing funny sexy, hot, thrilling, adventurous you just never knew what was coming until it hit you in the face.

The writing was the star point for me about this book its effortless smooth it just envelopes you and bring the story to life in full HD.

well well well......I waited a long time for this and I was not disappointed Reapers Legacy was all I expected and so much more.....

Ruger has had a thing for Sophie ever since he walked in on his step brother having sex with her, Eight years later Ruger and Sophie sort of co-parent her son, his nephew together but they seems to hate each other. Ruger treats her like "part of the furniture" and he thinks she is a "judgemental bitch". Which is just all a smoke screen for what is really between them chemistry and a LOT of it. I really enjoy the banter between them constantly at each other's throats comical as well as Hot.

"She hates me, she hates the club, and the only reason she puts up with the situation is that she loves Noah too much to take away the only man in his life, Sucks for him, but I'm the best he's got."

No matter his beef with Sophie aka his "baby momma" his brothers give him a hard time and refers to as such to wind him up. Nothings or no one keeps him away from Noah he loves that little boy more than life itself.

Not only is Ruger one fine specimen he is a wonderful father to little Noah from the day he was born into Ruger's hands (Like literally when Sophie pushed him out on the side of the road he caught the little bundle of joy in his hands a life changing experience for him) Nothing makes a man more sexy than when he is a good dad.

Sophia escaped Zach (Noah's dad) for years ago to start a new life for her and her son and she has being doing pretty well until her usual baby sister called sick so she leaves Noah with her neighbour in order to get to work. He gets revenge on the Neighbour and tell Sophie he is taking Noah so she can come along too and its non negotiable. Sophia has no other option than to accept Ruger's offer of moving back and living with him.

This sounds like such a good idea but its anything but Sophia knows nothing about club life and more over she don't want to get to know anything about them.

Living under the same roof is like living in a pressure cooker of sexual energy and frustration for Ruger & Sophia so its only a matter of time before Ying and Yang explode.

I loved the tug and war between them I felt like I was riding a wavy river of ripples.

The old ladies make a great deal of effort to welcome Soph and treat her life one of their own, as I read I just wanted to be one of them they are a feisty and loyal bunch.

"I don't have any right to put you off limits, either. But I'm doing it anyway. No fuckin' around with anyone at the club. Make that no fuckin' around, period. Your mine."

Ruger wants his to have his cake and eat it also, After much back and forth between them they finally give into the inevitable but Ruger still holds strong that he does not want settle down and commit. and for stubborn Sophie that is deal breaker so once again we have another Mexican stand off.

will theses two ever get their act together? What will it take for Ruger to make a commitment to Sophie? and will it be too late?

Sophie is his perdect match she can hold her own against him, he is big bad ans scary but she knows he would never hurt her so she pushes him and stands up for herself. She has being through a lot but its made her stronger "What does not kill you only makes you stronger" could not better describes Sophie's strength and determination. She has never let her situation get the best of her she is and always will be a survivor.

Beneath it all this is a love story and these two love each other dearly. despite their arguing and power play Ruger is her home her safe haven he will protect her and Noah at all coast. He lives for them they are a family no matter how dysfunctional or quaky.

I am going to shut up now because I really don't want to say too much but this book is so much more than what I have said, its fact pace, hard hitting, gritty, it takes some unexpected twist and tuns that had my eyes springing from their sockets like bungee cord. I just love Joanna's writing style and flow she just draws you in with each word and develop her characters in a way that makes them very relatiable and realistic. She brings something different to the biker romance genre she portrays the lifestyle in a very unique way no matter your colour, age, race, sexual orientation you will be able to relate and connect to the characters.

The writing is beautiful, the details add another dimension to the story, the characters although biker criminals are lovable especially with their unforgettable road names.

"Road names stick because something happens to make make 'em stick. You know, a funny story or something stupid some one does. You earn them -just like any other nickname."

I love the authenticity of Joanna's books they fell fresh new and defiantly uniquely Joanna Wylde. When you read her work you could never mistake it for anyone else's.

I have a serious author crush on Ms Wylde she is awesome and I'm in awe of her.

Normally I hate waiting on a book but I know with Joanna the wait will be well worth it. from the hits in Reaper's Legacy about the next book Em and Hunter's story I know it will be another master piece so I will wait patiently with a smile on my face.
