This was a second chance love story. I was hooked from beginning to end. I didn’t instantly fall in love with Reed I hated him but man he grew on me and he turned out to be HOT, sweet, funny, caring, giving…the list is endless. Kori was easy to fall in love with and I found myself feeling all her emotions from beginning to end.

Reed and Kori were each others first loves with their whole future mapped out in front of them. That was until the day she caught Reed with the town bike.

Devastated Kori leaves town to attend college. Finally moving on she finds herself falling in love with Blake. Theirs is a whirlwind kind of romance but fate has other ideas. Kori is left heartbroken after the death of her boyfriend Blake but she is also left alone to bring up their son.

Kori has no place to go other than home but home is also where Reed is. There is still a spark there between them and their passion is off the charts. Can they get their happy ever after? Can Kori forgive Reed and let him back into not only her life but her sons as well?

Wow this series just keeps getting better this book is Gavin and Marias story, they were secondary characters in ‘Forgiving Reed’. This story tells a tale of forgiveness. They both have people from their past that they should forgive, then they must forgive each other if their love is going to survive.

Gavin is new in town and is trying to find himself again after splitting up from his wife who he currently in the process of divorcing. He feels as if he doesn’t have much to offer any girl at the minute and instead of opening up to anyone he decides to have a bit of no strings fun with Maria.

Maria is feisty and head strong on the outside but on the inside she has her own issues to deal with. She feels that relationships hurt people and she isn’t about to have her heart stomped on so she is more than happy to have her nights of fun with Gavin.

Something changes though Maria falls hard for Gavin but Gavin has left town.

He hasn’t contacted her so she decides to pull herself together and try to move on. Agreeing to a date Maria is determined to put Gavin behind her. That is until she finds out from Kori that Gavin is back in town and to say she is a little hurt that there has still not been any contact from him is an understatement.

Gavin soon realizes that Maria is everything his ex wife isn’t and he wants her and will go to any lengths to prove this to her but can Maria forgive him and will she give him a chance to correct his mistakes so they can be together?

This was a heartbreaking story that made me ugly cry. Alex is such a strong female character that has had to deal with too much in her short life. I felt so much compassion for her and was on the edge of my seat waiting to find out if she would get the HEA she and her daughter deserved.

Colt has it all, a stable job with great friends and family…the only thing that’s missing is someone to share it all with.

Colt and Alex meet by chance and they both feel the pull. Alex is very reserved she has been thru so much that her main priority now is keeping her daughter Maddie safe. She can’t offer Colt much more than this and while he wishes they could be more he decides he would rather have Alex and Maddie as friends than not have them in his life at all.

Colt want more and slowly so does Alex. Can they take things slow enough hat they don’t get spooked? Can they open their hearts to the endless possibilities that may? Will they get their HEA OR will the past rear its ugly head?

Author of the bestselling series, Southern Boys. I live in Central Illinois and have always had a love for books. Writing was something I have also enjoyed for years and until the last couple years it was something I kept to myself. Taking a chance I submitted one of my novels and wahlah, here I am today. Over 15 published books later and still going strong. It is so easy to get lost in the world of fiction. I'm a mother of two, one high schooler and a second grader, I know almost seven years separates the two. What was I thinking? lol With a 7 year old in the house I would say I have developed a liking for the Disney channel, As if I had a choice. It was that or the Channel surfing my husband does. You know just when you find yourself interested in something, BAM, it is changed to a new show. Ugh! So Disney it is, Children's network and all those crazy kid shows... I have a few favorites ;)
