OMG!!!

So not what I expected, much better!!

I was afraid Layers would be some remix of 50 Shades and the Cross series. but THANK GOD my worries were for nothing!

In Layers we have our super enigmatic Billionaire Daniel Stark. He is Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. He is uber sexy and yet such an ass, except to Hayley.

Hayley has no idea who Stark is when she meets him. She only thinks he believes he is so above everyone else. Without knowing she even tells him just how he feels about Mr. Stark. He seems so low on her radar that when she realizes who he is she can't help but feel stupid.

"Daniel, watching me in an unfathomable manner, circles the table rather than leaving the room and just before I can process what's going on, he stretches his hand from behind the table.

"Daniel Stark," he says solemnly, his eyes radiating humor though there is only a trace of a smile on his lips.

Oh boy, not good."

These two together are like fire and gasoline. They ignite and not just sexually. At times she is even the mother nature to his wild weathering forces. He doesn't do relationships, neither does she. Can either handle just a one night stand with each other? Hell could they handle more?

"Do you come here often?" I ask.

Is that a pick up line?" he laughs. "Cause you had me with that refined 'fuck me' when we first met."

Layers is told from Hayley's POV with the last chapter being from Daniel's point of view. The book is well written and fresh. I wholly enjoyed reading this and now I just can't wait to read the next one in the series (Just loaded on my kindle!!). The book is steamy with plenty of drama. Definitely rated a must read from me!
