SYNOPSIS

After Kylie’s dad dies in a freak accident, he leaves her with nothing other than her crazy stepmother, Darla, and the ability to play guitar. When Darla kicks Kylie out and she loses her job all in the same day, she hops a bus to Nashville determined to make her late father’s dreams come true. Waitressing and saving her pennies to record a demo, her big break comes when she’s asked to join a tour going down the tubes with once platinum album-selling country music superstar Trace Corbin. But touring with Trace is hardly a dream come true since he’s pretty much drinking his career down the drain. If Kylie can’t pull Trace out of his rut, he’ll pull her and her dreams down with him.

Well let me tell you I was AK-47 blown away by girl with guitar Casey took me hostage until the last page.
great debut novel it had everything drama, angst, romance, music, hot guy pretty girl every thing I love in a book also a very solid story line. 

I love Kylie she is strong, sassy, feisty, caring and funny.she deals with the hand she was dealt with maturity and never felt sorry for herself she just gets on with life trying to make the most of it; chasing her dreams with steel determination....that is until she meets country star and panty dropper Trace Corbin.....Hot as sin but boy does this man has problems. 
she comes out of no where and basically hands him his balls reading him the riot act for his drunken selfish behavior....bad boy Trace finally meets his match. 
Will they make sweet country music or will it end in disaster.....you will just have to read and find out
Kylie is not afraid of her sexuality,she might be pour but she is no saint or goody goody (I have not said that sine college) she set her sighs on what no who she wants and then she goes after it.....
 overall 
love this book  defiantly worth  a second read love all the music reference original songs also  very good. writing flowed well it was funny, punchy, detailed and engaging. 
Now I wait impatiently for book two.
