This book is about trust, it's about not running when things get tough. I really warmed to the characters I loved how Dex was with Ellie. He was so patient and loving , just what Ellie deserved after her sad upbringing. Dexs family are great and I look forward to reading the next book. This is a series however you can read as a stand alone .
