This is the second book in the series but can be read as a stand alone...However I would advise to read in order!
I loved the family feel of this book, and The author has a way with her words that completely hold you captive from beginning to end.
This book follows Gage and Carly but do they get their HEA?
Gage is the local vet, juggling his job and family leaves no room for relationships.
His mother is a force to be reckoned with (once you read, you will understand) and with his little sister back in town he has enough drama to last him a life time.
Things aint perfect for his family at the minute but his brother are supportive and trying to make the best out of a bad situation.
Carly came to town to be near her best friend and away from her family. After the s**t storm her brother caused and they way her mother treats her, she decides she needs to start living for her.
One kiss that was the result of a dare from Gage's little sister sees these two getting closer and harder for them to deny their attraction.
With every obstacle in their patch can this couple hurdle them together?
