OMG….Where do I even start. This book was intense and thrilling all at the same time. Their stories are heartbreaking but their strength is amazing. Both are survivors. It was definitely an emotional rollercoaster that I couldn’t step off of until the very last word.

Kai is a very strong character who has the strength to break a woman but he can also complete a woman and cherish her the way she deserves. Growing up in torment and living under the rule of the vault Kai is a very intense mysterious man.

London was just a normal girl until her world collided with Kai’s then everything she thought she knew got blown apart. What she endures would destroy anyone but she remains true to herself and is a strong, passionate woman.

When these two first meet it is no fairy tale love story, but their chemistry is explosive. Through all their sex and dirty talk feelings come into play which leads to emotions neither of them imagined. What we finally end up with is an emotional gut wrenching love story with drama, angst and passion.

This book should definitely not be read as a standalone and I can wait for #3 in this series!!!!
