This book was emotional but very hot! I loved the way the story unfolded and sucked me in I was hooked from beginning to end. The story had me asking myself questions on how I would act or feel in the characters situation and this made me think of the story on a deeper level.
Dallas and Kennedy shared a loved that was so strong they thought it would last forever, however when Kennedy got offered the chance of a life time in New York she left Dallas and broke both their hearts at the same time.
10 YEARS LATER... Kennedy threw herself into her new life and now owns her own company which is very successful AND Dallas stayed in Texas, he owns his own ranch but he has never got over the one who got away. He uses women for a release but with Kennedy taking his heart all them years ago a relationship and Love are 2 things he knows are not on the cards for him.
After a terrible car accident Kennedy wakes with no memory and her mother decides to take her back to Texas to help her recover. Kennedy starts to remember little things but nothing really adds up. A meeting with Ms Stella lands her a job, helping the older woman around her house. When Ms Stella asks her to run an errand to her neighbours house Kennedy finds herself coming face to face with someone from her past. Kennedy knows that Dallas was a big part of her past but doesn't know the rest.
Dallas cant believe the beauty stood before him is really Kennedy and he is shocked to realise that she has no memory of their past. His feelings are still as strong as ever and he will stop at nothing to get another chance with her. He knows that they belong together but he needs to prove to Kennedy how good they really were.
This couple have many hurdles and obstacles to overcome.
