I loved this book. The story was great and the authors writing sucked me in from the very beginning. This story was Raw and Emotional. We all love a hot biker but Steel was so much more, he was also a father who was fiercely protective of his daughter. Breanna could hold her own aswell, even though she was going through her own problems she stood her ground.

Steel is the prez of the MC and he is all man. He lives his live for the brother hood and his family, woman are a no go for him since his break up with his daughters mother. He enjoys the club girls but they all know where they stand. 

Then one night after he has received the call regarding his daughter he comes face to face with Breanna, she steels his breath, attractive and a spitfire, just his type...BUT she is his daughters Social worker, works for the government and even though he detests them all, he cant deny the pull he feels for her and so begins the love/hate relationship.

Breanna loves her job, so when she receives the call regarding Chenoa she goes straight to her. Drugs have played a big part in Breanna's life her younger brother is an addict and she will do everything in her power to help Chenoa from going down the same road. Whilst at the hospital she meets Cheona's father Steel, he makes her feel things she never knew possible but he is everything she swore she would never have. She is no stranger to the the MC lifestyle her father was in a club and he destroyed her family.

This couple cant fight their need forever and whilst trying to help Cheona they become closer. Steel knows his priorities lie in protecting his daughter and ridding the town of the drugs that are sucking the life out of people but he cant stay away from Breeana and Breanna knows a relationship with Steel could make her loose not just her job but herself but they cant stop whatever this is between them.

Chiah Wilder is the author of Hawk’s Property, the first book in the Insurgents MC Series. It is a full length, standalone novel. Its release date is set for October 27, 2015.

Always a lover of books, she began writing at a young age and continued through college with collections of short stories. Figuring she had to grow up and get a “real” job, her writing was placed on the back burner. 

Her love of reading has always be center front in her life. Chiah’s love of bad boys both in and out of fiction has inspired her Insurgents series. She loves an alpha male whose softer side is brought out by a passionate, spirited woman. In fiction there are no rules or boundaries, and fantasies can go as far as the characters want to take them. Steamy, biker romances with rough, sexy bad boys are her guilty pleasure along with brownies, cheddar cheese, and movie marathons. 

Returning to writing has been a dream come true. Writing and publishing Hawk’s Property has been an amazing journey, and she is happy to share the Insurgents family with her readers. She is busy writing her next book in the series.
