Military Romance !

Ella and Grayson were childhood sweethearts who meet in high school. Although it wasn't love at first sight for Ella but Grayson had other ideas and knew that he couldn't let anyone else have her and his fight for her began.Grayson came from a family that were a high members of society but life isn't all sweet and roses behind closed doors with a father that liked to let his family know who was boss ! Ella wasn't the only fight he was having to put up. Ella came from a more loving family with a father who wasn't a completely law abiding citizen which caused the family to up and leave at a drop of a hat and with a seriously ill mum that needed her care Ella knew she couldn't let Grayson lead her astray as who knew how long she would be around for.

With Grayson being a confident, good looking cocky guy it didn't take him long to break through Ella walls and they soon became inseparable, that was until Grayson left high school and joined the military, he knew he wanted to join the military but leaving Ella wasn't going to be easy, he made her a promise that he would be back for her and she promised she would wait for him.

After only a few months Ella received a letter from Grayson that broke her heart just when she needed him the most ! Heartbroken but determined to move on with her life Ella moved out of the area and done just that.

Fast forward a few years and Grayson is seriously hurt in a operation that goes wrong but finds himself right in front of his Bluebird ( his nickname for Ella ), he cant believe she is there after all these years and his feelings haven't changed for her and he knows that he is never letting her go again. Things are not going to be that easy as Ella has moved on with her life and it may just be too late for Ella and Grayson !!

I would love to go in further with this review but I don't want to give anything further away, what I can say is that there is plenty of danger, suspense, action and Romance and I cant wait to read the next book.

The story moves along quickly and smoothly, I like that the author has brought in some other characters that have their own story to tell and I would like to know more about Ella's best friend Savannah so fingers crossed that's what coming next !!

Hello. I’m F.G. Adams. Let me tell you a little bit about me. I come from a large family and learned at an early age to entertain myself which was mostly done through my imagination and reading. My grandmother was an avid reader and seeing her pick up a book, inspired my love and obsession with books.

In the beginning starting a book blog satisfied that longing, and the desire grew to create my own stories. Bringing my adventures and imagination to life. My first book, Grayson is book one of five in my This is Our Life series. The series centers around a group of friends from adolescent years to adulthood. The struggle and angst that they go through growing up and finding their way in the world.

My hope is that you enjoy reading and living the adventures my imagination creates as much as I enjoy the writing journey.
