EXCERPT

Kate parted her lips and stood up on her tip toes. She put her hands around Roger’s neck and guided his head toward her mouth uttering, “I want you, Roger.” Her lips reached his and she began kissing him passionately while he picked her up and wrapped her legs around his hips. He pushed her against the wall again, and began thrusting himself against her.

Kate broke away from the kiss and looked Roger in the eyes. “I really want you, but Jacob is waiting for us outside and any stranger could start a conversation with him and take him or hurt him,” she said. “We really should get back to him.”

Kissing her neck, he said, “I know, but I want to fuck you so badly right now. I want to feel your wet pussy wrapped around my cock, taking everything I want to give you. I want to fuck you over and over until you forget everything and everyone. God, you make me so hot and so damned mad at the same time.”

Kate’s heart was racing at Roger’s declaration, and in that moment, she assumed that he was going to rape her right there against the bathroom wall.

“But you are right,” he continued. “If anything happened to Jacob, I’d never forgive myself.”

Roger put Kate down, took her by the arm and led her to the car where Jacob was waiting in the backseat. Whispering in her ear he said, “If you pull another stunt like that again, I will turn around and go straight to the penthouse on Prospect Avenue. I’ll make you watch him die and it will be a very painful death. Is that what you want?”

Kate shook her head. Tears spilled down her cheeks and her lips quivered. She had to take the threat to Neil seriously and she had to gain Roger’s trust. So far, she was failing miserably and had only managed to piss him off, although he had seemed pleased when she kissed him in the bathroom. Her stomach gripped with anxiety and revulsion as she imagined all the things she would probably have to do, to appease this monster. She wanted to spit in his face, scratch his dark, evil eyes from his head.

REVIEW

Given to you is part three in the killer next door series and the conclusion to Neil and Kate's story. This books picks up exactly where taken from you ended with Kate's POV.

We all know by now that Roger is a sick twisted monster, with a deranged obsession with Kate he truly believes they are meant to be together; she is his atonement for all the terrible things he has done.

"Feeling whole might taken a while. The trauma of Roger taking me is like a machine gun shooting holes in me. I'm all over the place."~Kate

I won't get onto the plot becaus unless you have read the precious two books it won't make much sense. Plus I don want to spoil it doe those of you who are yet to read this series.

Neil proves once again to be Kate's hero and price charming in the face of deversation and terror.

"The best part is sharing all of it with you. Do you have any idea how special you make me feel? I never knew love could be this way."~Kate

Neil is such a sweetheart; caring, loving, gentle, patient, kind, nurturing he brings our the best in Kate he loves her for exactly who she is.

"I'm marrying you because I am truly, madly. And deeply on love with you"~Neil

Roger is the perfect villain smart, appears "Normal" charming and kind.

" I've been a loner my whole life and I haven't let anyone in -until you," Roger said . "You believing on me means much. I need you Rose I love you"~Roger.

He was able to plague his victims without been physically present.

I loved the way he was written we has an insight into his head throughout the whole book so we knew what he was plotting which only made the story more chilling because the ones he choose to hurt has no ideas that Riger is one step ahead of them. It's like watching a horror film shouting at the people not to go to a particular place because you know that's where the killer is lurking or has set a trap.

We do get an ending a very realistic one which I have to applause Chatlie for by not going over board.

I think all three books are very realistic and believable you can relate to the characters. If you are able to identify with Tiger then I suggest you seek professional help, their is something serverly wrong with you.

Will Roger get his way by running off with Kate or will Neil fight even with his own life to keep the women he loves safe?!?

The writing was effortless Nd the translations flowed seamlessly from one person to the next. The POV'S seem to change at the right moment. Putting your mind at ease.

I am a BIG fan of Carlie Sexton she brings something extra to the romance genre she keeps us on your toes and in a constant state of suspense which I just love.

In this book she bargains re story for her next book which inwa hoping to get because from the moment I was introduced to Nathalie I was intrigued injust wmated to know her story and now Calharlie has left me wanting I will b on hight alert waiting doe Nathialie and Mac's story I want to know what they are hiding.

The series has been great and I thoroughly enjoyed Kate and her twisted love circle of obsession and madness. Great conclusion.
